Prison Break – Taking a Break
t seems as if the story wouldn’t end but announcement from FOX’s Kevin Reilly have solidified the fears of many who have been following the four year old saga that delves into the lives of our favorite Prison escapees. The show is to end which may be due to the worsening economy and the network might simply be cutting losses with shows that are not quite making the mark. Corporate insists that this is not the case, and go on by simply stating that the story has gone out and the flame is dying. Reilly said at a press gathering in LA. :
“We didn’t just give it the hook,” he told a gathering of TV critics in Los Angeles. “The show is just played out.”

This might be a good thing for how long can a story of two guys and their friends who want to either escape or prove innocence in the face of mother justice, with cops and almost everybody else after them go on. This might also be a nice thing to do for unlike some other TV series shows that might never end! (you guess which is which).

Veronica Donovan, played by Robin Tunney, was the lawyer, and ex-lover of Lincoln and who was one of the few who believed that Lincoln is really innocent. In the whole season 1, Veronica struggled with finding out the roots of the plotted and faked murder case of Terrence Steadman. In the beginning of Season 1, Veronica was about to marry Sebastian, her present fianc, but because of some weird and suspicious events that occurred, such as the disappearance of certain witnesses on Lincolns side, she dropped the wedding and dedicated her time in finding answers and evidences that will prove Lincolns innocence.
The escaping group of Michael Scolfield is planning to execute their escape after 3 days, but thanks to the tweener, they had to get out as soon as possible. The Tweener told Captain Bellick about the planned escape. Bellick then checked the COs lounge and found out the hole at the floor that has been made by the escaping PIs. Good thing Charles was there. Old Charles hit Bellick with a shovel. Bellick retaliated, but in the end, Charles hit him with a thermos, making him unconscious. Charles tied him up underneath the hole and went out to inform the escaping cons that they should escape immediately because they are in deep trouble.
